Why are these prices so low?
All these products we buy large volumes of into warehouse at Flemington and given the pressure to make ends meet, we wanted to make bulk buying easy with convenient pick up options at any of our three Retail Stores listed below. The crossed out prices shows our retail prices in store! Huge savings are yours for the taking!
If we find a better price elsewhere will you match it?
Please let us know where you found a better price and we will do our best to match it.I am a food business can I negotiate better pricing?
Yes you can. We are able to set up special pricing which shows up when you log in. We want your business!
Do you deliver or ship Orders?
Yes we do! Request a Quote when you select Shipping and again at Checkout. That way you do not pay until you approve the cost of Shipping.
We have to do this because of the complexity of shipping options available and we search for the most cost effective solution for you.
Is there a handling fee for Pick Up at Store orders?
No pick ups are free to organise.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes $20What days are orders packed & distributed for pick up?
We pack orders Monday to Friday between the hours of 7 am and 3pm. This means that an order packed on Thursday will be sent for pickup on Friday and should be available for pick up on Saturday.
What are our pick up days?
We will notify you when your order is being sent for pickup. You can come to any of our stores seven days a week during opening hours.
